How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel, please cancel directly with your bank and then notify the Gym via email. This can take up to 5 working days to cancel.
I want to make a change to my membership:
You can edit your profile details on the ClubRight app. Log in using your email address.
How do I book an induction or a workout plan?
These are done in person at reception. Please come in to book one of these or email info@vqgym.co.uk

How to book
Booking can be done via the Clubright app or in person at reception. You can book a single session for £5 per 30 minutes, or a private hire for £15.
Each monthly membership gives you 1 free session per month.
On the app select Book Class from the home page.
Select the session you want to book for. Your credit balance will show at the top right of the Timetable.
When in the Basket, you can purchase additional credits if required.
To hire the room privately for yourself, click on the + add attendee button until it displays 3 lines (taking up 3 credits).
